Privacy Policy
This explains what 6omb receives when you use AI Cofounder, why we use it, who can receive it, and how to ask us to delete it.
The short version
Who we are and what this covers
AI Cofounder is a product of 6omb, a software studio operated by Terrell Gentry. This policy covers the AI Cofounder website, setup and connection pages, hosted memory, dashboard, and related support (together, the “Service”). It does not replace the privacy terms of ChatGPT, Claude, Gmail, Google Calendar, or another service you choose to connect.
What we collect
- Account and purchase information: name, email, company information, plan, payment status, and related records. Payment providers process full payment-card details; 6omb does not store them.
- Customer Content: information you or your selected AI platform saves to hosted memory, such as business facts, summaries, plans, preferences, goals, tasks, drafts, and decisions.
- Connection information: license codes, pairing requests, account identifiers, and scoped credentials needed to connect your AI platform with hosted memory.
- Support information: messages, files, and other details you send when asking for help or giving feedback.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, pages visited, referring or campaign information, feature interactions, error information, and session diagnostics.
6omb does not ask for or receive your Google password. If you connect Gmail, Calendar, or another tool inside ChatGPT or Claude, that AI platform may read source data under its own terms and permissions. AI Cofounder may then save selected summaries or durable facts to hosted memory; it does not automatically copy your entire mailbox or calendar into 6omb memory.
How we use information
We use information to provide and personalize the Service; maintain memory and the dashboard; connect requested tools; authenticate accounts; process purchases; answer support requests; detect abuse and security problems; diagnose errors; evaluate onboarding and features during the alpha; comply with law; and enforce our Terms of Service.
We may create aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not reasonably identify you. 6omb does not use Customer Content to train a generalized AI model.
Human access and confidentiality
Authorized 6omb personnel may access Customer Content when reasonably necessary to operate, test, troubleshoot, support, secure, or maintain the Service. Access is limited to people with a legitimate need and Customer Content is treated as confidential. Service providers may process content only to perform services for 6omb or as otherwise permitted by their agreement with us.
6omb is not automatically a party to an NDA you signed with someone else. Before connecting confidential material, confirm that your agreement permits the AI platforms, service providers, and access described here. A separate written NDA signed by you and 6omb controls if it gives the information greater protection.
Retention and deletion
We keep Customer Content while your account is active so the Service can maintain its memory. After cancellation or a verified deletion request, we delete active Customer Content within 30 days unless we must keep specific information longer to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve a dispute, or enforce an agreement.
Residual copies may remain in backups until they age out through the ordinary backup cycle. Backups are used for continuity and recovery, not to continue ordinary processing of deleted content. We may retain transaction, security, consent, and support records for legitimate legal and business needs.
Security
We use safeguards designed for the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted network transport, account-level isolation, scoped credentials, and restricted administrative access. Encryption of Customer Content at rest is a launch requirement and will be enabled before the Service is made broadly available. AI Cofounder is not represented as end-to-end encrypted or zero-knowledge.
No system is perfectly secure. Please protect your account and connection details, and contact us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with your account by emailing us. You may also cancel the Service or disconnect a connected tool. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Our pages may use cookies or local storage for connection state, preferences, security, attribution, and analytics. Browsers do not yet offer a consistent “Do Not Track” standard, so our pages do not currently respond to DNT signals. You may use browser controls or contact us about an analytics opt-out. Third-party analytics providers may collect activity over time as described above.
California residents may request the rights available under applicable California law. Because 6omb does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or targeted-ad sharing to opt out of.
Age and location
The Service is for business users age 18 or older and is not directed to children. The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it elsewhere, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will post the updated version here, change the date above, and provide additional notice when required by law or when a change materially reduces your rights.
